Stage One- Being Responsive to our client's Need - Prior to consultancy, identifying training and development needs, such as:

Stage Two - During coaching and research, To ensure that it becomes an integrated activity, we will explore your needs, goals and direction (Our coaching style deals with all areas of life, professional and personal).

Stage Three – Working with delegates and clients in the implementation process. Adding value by providing objective feedback on training / coaching topics that potentially support growth and highlighting potential blocks inclusive of supporting you through recommendations and implementation.

Davis-Brown Coach

All of our coaches are highly trained and experienced, a standard reflected in their accreditation by both Davis-Brown and/or the International Coach Federation and the European Coaching Institute. Whilst they will each have their individual style they all work to a set of common principles and values. The importance is to understand the client's needs in order to support the developmental and change processes.

Our coaches also act as a facilitator in order to engage learners through the learning process. Being flexible whilst ensuring the objectives of the programme are fully realised. this also means taking the responsibility for making the programme work, not just taking a delivery role, such as being innovative and creative in demonstrating how principles and values can be applied.
