Davis-Brown Partnership is a progressively innovative learning environment. We continue to seek creative and exciting ways of investing in our clients and our people .We strive for excellence in all that we do.
KPMG are managing the new LSIS programme World Class Skills Programme in developing responsive provision. A Development Programme for Train to Gain. This programme supports improvement activities for LSC funded providers to develop provision to meet employers’ skills needs and meet the aspirations of the Leitch Review of Skills. .
We embarked on a series of empowering training from KPMG in order to look at how best we could be a more responsive organisation. The World Class Skills Programmes equipped us with the skills and understanding of meeting the government agenda with an emphasis and need to offer tailored provision and Effective Engagement with Employers. We now feel confident and empowered that the skills gained will further support us in delivering an even more effective provision for the future.

Empowering Vision, Promoting Change
Our passion is to continue to seek out ways in which we can support the process of developing people within the wider community. We have been involved in coaching clients and staff who live with a disability and work within the Health and social care field.
In advance of this journey, Davis-Brown Partnership received training on the Discrimination Act and the Mental Capacity Act. This re-enforced our knowlege, raised our awareness and eqipped us for the challenges we encountered on our journey.
Davis-Brown have had the opportunity to experience some remarkable changes and insights throughtout this journey. The GROW Coaching Model was introduced with a range of NLP strategies in order for us to meet our clients' needs.
We would like to thank the organisation in question who had the insight and creativity in inviting us to work with them on such a delicate ventures.

Promoting Entrepreneurship, Epowering Vision
Davis-Brown are supporting an organisation through coaching, training and business development within south west london. The emphasis of the project is to support women within the creative industry in providing and delivering business enterprise and entrepreneurship skills. Our services include covering the essential role of business planining and the key element it plays in starting a successful new business.
We will be continuing the business development project through collaboration with a number of agencies to further support the government strategy in developing and promoting business enterprise and entrepreneurship Continue to visist the website and look out for our newsletter for further updates
