Meet Elaine.......

Elaine Davis is the founder of Davis-Brown. She has experience of working in the private, public sector, specializing in leadership and relationships, building, activating performance and developing change in order to sustain improvements in the human processes that drive the success of each venture.

Elaine’s passion is to ‘Develop People, Empower Vision & Transform Lives, Building a Better Future’.

She thrives for excellence and aims to inspire others to take leaps of faith to do things that they may not be able to do alone. Elaine believes in maximizing individual potential through challenging beliefs, and identifying what is important to achieve the outcomes. She begins by learning what inspires you and what you want to achieve in all areas of business and personal development. Elaine continues to lead inspiring and creative projects in order to unlock potential and support the transitional of change.

A former Faculty Director in a Beacon Grade 1 College, a businesswoman, writer, and coach, she uses her creative background and skills as a designer, educator, and consultant, to engage with a diverse range of individuals and industries, addressing issues that affect every aspect of organizational, human, social, and spiritual development. Her approach is ontological – based on relationship, communication, creativity and vision.

Elaine will introduce you to explore how values and beliefs shape the way we relate and communicate. Her relationship with each person is unique, but without exception characterized by mutual respect, confidentiality and honesty.

She has been involved in design work and personal development for over 24 years. She has worked with thousands of people in supporting the to unearth their potential and strive towards their dreams and goal. She believes that life long learning and creativity are essential to all personal and organizational transformation and growth.
