Davis-Brown work in the strictest confidence to support individuals, staff and managers to move forward in their desired career path. This could be related to areas such as getting promoted, stepping into a new role, starting a business or change career completely. We have therefore have designed a number of packages in order to support you in choosing the best programme for you.
Pathway One - Coaching -Next Step
This programme is to support you in identifying specific goals or targets that you are working on. It could be for example that you are reviewing your current role or trying to get refocused in your career path and stay on track. .
Through the coaching passport programme, we will work with our client to design a suitable learning journey that supports you on specific needs. As well as the core programme of personal goals, values and achievemets, you can choose up to two additional modules of your choice .
Your initial appointment is a 2 hour phone session with your coach and with a further 5 x 1 hour coaching sessions with your coach on the phone. Throughout the programme you will be given tools and exercises to complete between sessions. You have the option to choose whether you like your sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis and a time suitable to your schedule .
Package Fee: £950, payable in advance

Pathway Two - Change
This pathway programme is to support you in stepping up or stepping out.The aim is to coach you through the process of change. This option is suitable in areas such as starting a new job, returnning after a career break or stepping into a new position as a manager . It could be for example that you are reviewing your current role or trying to get refocused in your career path. The emphasisof this optionis changeand managingthat change.
Your initial appointment is a 2 hour, session with your coach and with a further 7 x 1 hour coaching sessions with your coach on the phone. Throughout the programme you will be given tools and exercises to complete between sessions. In this package you have the option to take up to six modules as part of your coaching passport. you will work with your coach to design a package suitable for you. Package Fee: £1,587 payable in advance
Pathway Three - Hot Desk
This pathway programme is suitable for you If you are clear about what you want, but you just need to put into action also in the direction.It may be that you have a presentation or proposal to put forward and you just want clarification or you have an interview to do and you just need some preparation time. Most people use these sessions and their coachas a sounding board.
These stand alone sessions are offered to clients who have previously taken a coaching passport programme with us.You can book a session up to two days in advance.Your appointment will be for the minimum of two hours in order to best support your needs.

Pathway Four
At Davis-Brown we are always looking at ways to improve performance and pathways to better communications of individuals, teams and organisations. As part of our coaching strategy we have developed a coaching buddy programme, spanning all levels of management and business divisions.
The aim of the pathway is for employees to improve their people skills and confidence, and to promote an open culture The aim of this programme is to focus on establishing goals, developing an open dialogue with staff and raising people’s confidence. It also encourages people to think further into the empowering vision for future developments. This learning is followed with periodic master classes targeted at specific criteria
Optimising synergies
One bonus of this scheme supports cross-organisational coaching, We see an opportunity to enhance relationships with the workforce by bringing together staff from both organisations who had attended the coaching programme, and support each other in buddy coaching and an action learning format. The benefit of this style of learning enables a greater insight and empathy between departments or even organisations, so that each can understand the other’s needs.” The programme is to enable employees to strengthen their relationships and establish common goals.
Spreading success
The aim of the programme is for employees to improve their people skills and confidence, and to promote an open culture. This buddy coaching approach can be used across the business, including apprentices, trainees and graduates because it is a programme that provides a framework for people to improve their performance, by helping them to
