Our Internship Programme enables students to spend quality time working in a sponsoring organisation, or education establishment in the united Kingdom. The programme is open to students, including graduates, those in their final year of study and postgraduates’ placements are also welcome from the public or private sector organisations of all sizes.

Our internship programme provides work placements from 8 weeks to 12 months period throughout the year. The internships are open to you whether you are applying as an individual who may need help gaining work experience or students, including finalists, graduates and postgraduates, unless specified otherwise in the internship vacancy. We also have some open places to individuals who would like to gain work experience to support their career prospects.

Why are they important?

Internships are known for giving students the opportunity to apply learnt knowledge in real world environments. At the same time, interns will also develop skills which will help them perform better at their jobs. Internships greatly increase the chances that a student will gain full in time employment after graduation.

Because many employers feel that some students lack the practical experience to excel in the world of work, internships have become more important than ever before. Individuals who choose to participate in internships can gain credits towards their course of study. This scheme also gives individuals a real opportunity to gain valuable experience to bridge the gap between study and the beginning of your working lives.

Every internship is unique and each comprise of common elements such as:

A defined project, which creates real value for the sponsoring organisation and a valuable learning experience for the student
Interaction with an assigned supervisor or mentor within the sponsoring organisation.
A reference from your sponsored organisation.

Elements Of A Good Internship

Internships or work experience provide real world experience to those looking to explore or gain the relevant knowledge and skills required to enter into a particular career field. Usually short term in nature with the primary focus on getting some on the job training Internships and take what is learned in the classroom or in previous workplace settings and allow application in a workplace setting.
