 Specification: A SME company required academic direction and leadership for curriculum planning and development, maintaining high academic standards. 

Solution: Davis-Brown designed and produced training programs with complete assessment guidelines and quality assurance procedures aligned to the Common Inspection Framework. The programmes produced by us were approved by the National Colonics Hydrotherapy Association.

Specification: Our client wanted to look at how they could change the culture of the organisation to improve productivity among staff.

Solution: Davis-Brown monitored quality assurance practices of the senior management team to identify the needs. Following on from the audit we designed and facilitated a training programme in order to identify strategies and SMART targets. We also identified strategies to enable senior managers to establish their strategic and development plans. As part of the process of building effective relationships, we coached the director through leadership & development as part of the change process and provided academic direction and for organisational development pre- restructure and business transformations
