We run programmes as part of an integrated approach to teams and organisational development. They are tailored in collaboration with you around the specific agreed outcomes and learning and development agenda.

Although we have a set of training programmes that can be accessed directly from our toolkit. Our emphasis is about being  responsive to you and your employee's need and designing bespoke programmes based on your requirements. The structure of our courses recognise the necessity to provide core programme, core skills, transferable skills and underpinning knowledge to build interactive experiences which may include, team and group work, networking with others and concepts needed for the learning journey.


We use a design model approach where learners actively engage in a range of practical and exploratory experiences. Design can be used to generate new ideas and turn them into innovative learning materials and services, improve teaching and learning styles, strengthen and deepen your approach to teaching.

In principle the programme enables individuals to explore a range of management performance skills to support the transition of developing an awareness of the requirements involved in working with people and managing others. In essence the structure of the programme supports you in developing an awareness and attitude in moving from independence in relying on others to the ability to work successfully with others, to Interdependence.  Our programmes bring benefits to employees, learners, managers and staff. It supports learners manage both their professional and personal life and provide experiences that can promote effective change.

We run a number of inhouse courses which have been designed within the area of leadership and performance management. These courses can be delivered either independantly or as a section of a program.
